NTC \u2019nin s\u0131cak oldu\u011fu anda i\u00e7 direnci azal\u0131r ve Tr1 transist\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn beyz ucuna negatif (-) potansiyeli gelece\u011finden s\u0131f\u0131rlanan I<sub>B1<\/sub> ak\u0131m\u0131, Tr1 transist\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fc kesime g\u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fcr. Bu anda Tr1 \u2019in kolekt\u00f6r-emiter direnci maksimum de\u011fere ula\u015f\u0131r. Tr2 transist\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn beyzine R3 ve R4 diren\u00e7lerinden ge\u00e7en bir + ak\u0131m gelece\u011fi i\u00e7in Tr2 transist\u00f6r\u00fc iletime ge\u00e7er ve lamba yanar.<\/p>\n<p>NTC \u2018nin so\u011fuk oldu\u011fu ortamda ise NTC \u2018nin i\u00e7 direnci y\u00fcksek olaca\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in R1 ve R2 diren\u00e7leri \u00fczerinden ge\u00e7en IB ak\u0131m\u0131, Tr1 \u2019in beyz ucuna giderek Tr1 transist\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fc iletime ge\u00e7irir. Bu durumda kolekt\u00f6r &#8211; emiter direnci azalan Tr1 \u2019in kolekt\u00f6r gerilimi negatif potansiyel seviyesine iner. Bu anda R3 direncinin \u00fcst ucu + , alt ucu &#8211; gerilim potansiyeline ula\u015f\u0131r.
